It is within the text of the main page.

The link is within the text "downloaded" in the second paragraph.

I do not see why the other links are that confusing. The downloads page
links to the list of files and the categorization of:

Subclipse
  |-- Eclipse 2.x
  |-- Eclipse 3.x

Seems fairly straightforward.
