Using Team->Revert for the whole project solved almost all my problems..

I still have a problem though .. For a single project, the Team->Revert
doesn't work. I mean it works, but immediately after that the target folder
gets recreated. I tried removing it manually, from my OS, but when I get to
eclipse and refresh, it gets created again.
Do you know why does it have this behavior ?
