That is all textbook stuff for if you are using JavaSVN. Either that or

somehow your install is messed up an 1.1.7 is not being used. I say
that
because you'd also get this with JavaHL 1.3.

Thanks Mark, you were right, I was JavaSVN. Setting it to JavaHL gets
rid of the problem. I appreciate the help! (sorry for the messed up
email format, couldn't remember how to get outlook to quote)
