Correct, JavaSVN does not support the new Subversion 1.4 working copy
format. You need to get the JavaHL 1.4 libraries for your system and
switch Subclipse to use JavaHL instead of JavaSVN. Or downgrade your
Subversion binaries to 1.3.2.
