Bug tracking has been in Subclipse for a very long time, well before
1.0.x. And it still works in 1.1.6 as we use it in the Subclipse project.

That being said, you do not see any bug tracking fields unless you
configure and turn on the feature by setting the bugtraq properties on
your projects. See this document for details:
