Get either their setup.exe or the plain zip file.

Then you also need the JavaHL zip file.

After unzipping or installing, just copy all of the .DLL files from the
bin folder that was created + the 1 JavaHL DLL from the second zip into
the Subclipse JavaHL Win32 plugin folder. Replacing the DLL's that are
there. The only new DLL is the libdb44.dll that is just the newer BDB 4.4
DLL.

None of the other files, including the JavaHL JAR file that is in the zip,
matter.
