Gotcha. So we are mounting one directory up too high. We are mounting at the project directory when we should be mounting at the tags. branches or trunk directory. This distinction is not so obvious when you first start to use Subclipe (especially if you are someone like us coming from VSS).

It all just depends on what you checked out. You should have selected and
checked out trunk. Then that is all that would be in your working copy
and all that would be updated.
