Mark, Gotcha. So we are mounting one directory up too high. We are mounting at the project directory when we should be mounting at the tags. branches or trunk directory. This distinction is not so obvious when you first start to use Subclipe (especially if you are someone like us coming from VSS). Thanks a lot. --Marty ----- Original Message ---- From: Mark Phippard <markp@softlanding.com> To: users@subclipse.tigris.org Sent: Monday, September 18, 2006 9:33:15 AM Subject: Re: [Subclipse-users] Tag behavior question Martin Wegner <marty@radblue.com> wrote on 09/18/2006 10:31:07 AM: > We use the exact layout as mentioned in Collins-Sussman's book (it is the > same structure from the Pragmatic books as well). Do we somehow tell Subclipse to ignore the tags directory? It all just depends on what you checked out. You should have selected and checked out trunk. Then that is all that would be in your working copy and all that would be updated.
