[Subclipse-users] subversion and mysql synchronizing

I would like to use subclipse/subversion to synchronize mysql databases

This would include a development db and the live db
Essentially, any changes the user makes in my CMS alters the
development db on the development workspace
The live site database is not updated until I manually perform a 'svn
update'
Somehow, the 'svn update' would synchronize the live db to the dev db

As subclipse is working wonderfully on everything else, how can I
include mysql into the mix
Is this accomplished with a hook script?
Is this possible or desired ?
