If you want to just drop in the JAR file and binaries for JavaHL it will
just work. We will be including 1.4 in a future 1.1.x release. JavaSVN
does not currently support the new 1.4 working copy format so I have been
holding off on releasing anything. The only draw back of this is that you
could not just change your adapter preference on the fly as they would not
be able to recognize each others working copy formats.

I do not know what the JavaSVN timeline for this is, but eventually I will
just stop waiting and release.
