Know problem. IIRC it's a timing issue, Eclipse doesn't fire the hook
in time for Subversion to get it... something like that.

Not sure what the current status is, is the ball here or at eclipse, but
it is known.

Did you check the issue tracker? I'm worthless, or I'd have a link
handy for you.
