There is no relationship between svnAnt and Subclipse or Eclipse. In
order to use svnAnt, you need to have the Windows command line binaries
installed and added to your PATH. Then, if you want to use JavaHL, you
also need the DLL for JavaHL copied to that same folder you added to your
PATH. The JavaHL DLL can be downloaded from the Subversion site in the
same location as the other Windows binaries. You can also copy the DLL
that Subclipse installs.
