Are you using Tomcat? I recently noticed that Tomcat is very sensitive
to resource changes, i.e. it triggers an auto publish as soon as a
resource change is captured. So, does synchronizing triggers a resource
fresh? If only in the TEAM_PRIVATE resources then it might be a bug that
is worth reporting against the jst.server component.
