I do not think we would add something like this, at least I wouldn't. All
you have to do is Team -> Switch or Replace with -> Branch/Tag after
creating the branch and it will change your project so that it is working
on the branch. TortoiseSVN has an option on their dialog that will do
this for you after creating the branch. I would not object if someone
wanted to add that, but I think it is overkill.
