RE: [Subclipse-users] Noobie: Convert working copy to new branch

Right click in the root directory from where you want to save, then go
into Team->Branch/Tag, and then you pick a name for your branch or tag.
(in Subclipse help is well illustrated).

Subversion does not make any inside difference between branch and tag,
so it is up to you to make the distinction. Normally the branchs are
under <your project>/branchs, your tags under <your project>/tags and
your HEAD under <your project>/trunk.

Subject: [Subclipse-users] Noobie: Convert working copy to new branch

How do you transform a working copy into a new branch or tag ?

Since my last commit, my working copy is turning into a
tangent....full of bugs and half baked ideas ;)
Rather than revert my working copy, I would rather save my current
working copy as a new branch or a tag

what is the best way to do this ?

many thanks
g
