This is the same behavior as I was seeing when I started the thread "The
file has been changed on the file system" when
committing"...unfortunately I haven't been able to track down the cause
of this with Mark's help. I am just thankful someone else is
experiencing it too...perhaps we can find some similarities.
Miha, are you using the JavaHL adapter? Do you have the svn:keywords
property set like Mark mentioned? (Just for the record I don't)
