Hello Denny,
JavaSVN doesn't use CVS SSH settings you've mentioned. When JavaSVN adapter
is selected user is prompted with SSH authentication dialog that allows to
type in port number, username, password or prviate key. JavaSVN thus uses
separate configuration for each SSH server it connects to. These settings
are kept in Eclipse "keyring" file (standard encrypted storage for
credentials).
