Dunno if it would effect anything, but the SSH config for eclipse* is
under CVS in the "Window>Preferences>Team>CVS"
*a couple of plugins use these settings, the SFTP plugin from jcraft(?),
most notably.
        I don't think eclipse as a whole uses that config, but who knows. I'm
sure javaSVN uses granymead (sp?), so doubt any settings
for jsch would effect that...
