I don't know what my guess is. Apply Patch is part of Eclipse. Subclipse
diffs have always been full paths. Apply Patch has always worked for me,
going back to Eclipse 2.0. I apply a lot of patches, especially when
doing Subclipse development.

The Subclipse web site is currently down, but I'd suggest looking at
RESOLVED issues in the issue tracker and looking at some of the recent
patches I have applied. Like from one of these issues:

http://subclipse.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=488

http://subclipse.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=487

http://subclipse.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=489

I think the last one included some new files in the patch.

Mark
