Do you mean that the javadoc you downloaded with 0.9.23 doesn't match
the code that came with Subclipse 1.0.1? If so, that's to be expected;
svnClientAdapter doesn't have regular releases any more, it's just
included as source directly in the two client projects that use it,
Subclipse and svnant.

Generate it yourself from the source.
