[Subclipse-users] Issue # on the Commit dialog.

I've looked for a setting in the preferences dialog, but I can't find one
anywhere. I don't see the Issue # field or the 80 character wrap-guide on
the commit dialog like the screenshots display on the subclipse website.

How can I get these features set up? I'm on Eclipse 3.2 M5, subclipse 1.0.1.
