[Subclipse-users] Branching

Hi,

I am quite new to Subversion and Subclipse. In the last months we
learned to use the most basic functions of Subclipse quite efficently,
but now we have a growing need to use branches.

I tried to experiment a little bit. but I didnīt achieve a full cycle
of creating a branch and later merge it again.

I get someway confused by the differences between the "pure
Subversion" described in the Subversion book and the things I see in
Subclipse:

As the repository is set up now, there is no trunk or branches folder.
Do I have to create them manually? If so, how do I tell Subclipse
which is what (Or donīt I have to?)?

It would be really helpful to have a small step by step example for a
most basic branch-merge cycle to figure out what Iīm doing wrong.
