Yes, the one small complaint I have about this behavior is that adding a
local folder should be repository-neutral. If Eclipse has produced an
output folder that I never intend to commit to the repository, I now
have to perform a commit in order to record the ignore. I don't know
what the solution is but I see that as a problem.
