Hello Robert,
If you're using JavaSVN client adapter, then Subclipse doesn't use
ssh.config file, instead user is prompted with authentication dialog, where
one could enter authentication details and port number. As far as I remember
there was a problem with saving port number (after restarting Eclipse
default one was always used), but it should be fixed in the latest version
of Subclipse.
To reset current settings (along with incorrect port number), you should
delete ECLIPSE_HOME/configuration/org.eclipse.core.runtime/.keyring file and
restart Eclipse. You'll be prompted for ssh connection details again.
Please note, that all of the above is only relevant when you're using
JavaSVN as client adapter in Subclipse.
