OK, so you are saying you WANT to have these folders in your WC, but you
do not want Subclipse to include them when doing a Synchronize or other
operation?
No, Subclipse does not have this feature, but if these folders are
svn:externals, then it would likely be possible to add it as an option in
the future. Most of the Subversion commands now have an option to
--ignore-externals, and most of this is now exposed to us in API. Feel
free to file an issue.
