The actual exception shown is

Error validating location "org.tigris.subversion.javahl.ClientException
    svn: PROPFIND request failed on '/jumbo'
svn: SSLv3"

BTW, "JavaSVN (Pure java)" is selected in Windows -> Preferences -> Team
-> SVN/General.
