Can you thing of any reason why not if that was the only file in this
folder? Anyways it would be updated to the known revision (which had
been discovered during synchronization).
Unless sync view would keep parent folder shown if its local revision
does not match remote revision. So, user would be able to update it. I
don't think that current implementation does that, but it would make
this svn "feature" more obvious.
