ok I understand now and have got the same stack trace from my error logs.

A URL like svn://em04 worked in the previous .9.37 release....

With this release:

- svn://em04/ --> doesn't work

- svn://em04 --> doesn't work

- svn://em04/test --> does work

So the answer is you can't browse from the root of your repository with
this release. A bug me thinks !
