[Subclipse-users] svn or subclipse doesn't like Web projects ?

I am trying to share a "Dynamic Web Project" between WDSC 5.1.2.6
(Eclipse 2.1 based I think) and WDSC 6.0.0.2 (Eclipse 3) and not having
a lot of luck. Most of the files seem to get put onto svn OK except for
a couple, web.xml for example.

Using WDSC 6 updated to the current version of subclipse it will even
say it is creating the file but if I use the repository explorer then I
can see that it is missing. Extracting the file as a new project
produces a bad project as it is missing key files.

This all seems to work for projects that were put into svn some time ago
but now creating a new one is unpredictable at best. svn is running on
Linux under Fedora Core 1 (yes I know it is old but it just keeps
running). I connect to it via svn+ssh if that matters.

Where should I look to fix this?

Mike
