It isn't an FAQ in the sense that a lot of people know the answer. I just
posted the info the the FAQ since a lot of people have reported the same
problem and until last week we did not know the answer. Since the FAQ
already had all of the background info that causes the problem and how it
is an Eclipse bug I figured I would leverage that and extend it to include
this new scenario.

So don't feel bad.
