Alright! Thanks for the explanation.
As I understand it now, that means that if Windows users want to take
the risk of using the Subversion client DLL (JavaHL) version 1.3.0
Release Candidate, they can upgrade without further action (except maybe
switching to JavaHL in their preferences)?
