OK, I committed this. I made the default port = 22. As I said, I am not
sure we actually would use this for anything anyway so it probably does
not matter.

I cannot confirm this works, but Subclipse does let you add URL's like
this now so presumably it should all work.

I have no idea if JavaSVN supports this feature of Subversion, but it
ought to work with JavaHL.
