I played around and it looks doable. It is all just controlled by the
SVNUrl class in svnClientAdapter. It has a parseURL method that does the
validation. It looks like loosening this up a bit is all it would take.
Feel free to take a look at the code and submit a patch. I will probably
get to it Friday or next week otherwise.

Should the default port be 22 regardless of the scheme? I am not sure it
matters for SSH anyway because we do not do anything with the port. If you
look at the class, you will see why I am asking.
