If you do any copying, do it in the SVN Repository Explorer perspective.
It will do the SVN copy(ask for log msg,etc.). Otherwise you're headed
for a whole lot of hurt, because if you copy and paste in the navigator,
it copies the .svn metadata folders as well, which is not expected
behavior. What happens is the new folder is still linked to the old
files in the repository. IF you DO use the navigator, go in using the
filesystem and delete the .svn folder in the newly created directory, so
subversion knows it's a unversioned resource.
So long and short of it is: it IS possible, but only from the SVN
Repository Explorer
