Open your preferences and go to Team -> SVN. See if there is an error
message when you try to select the JavaHL adapter. You might have to
select one of the other first. Subclipse falls back to using JavaSVN if
it cannot use JavaHL. JavaSVN is great but it does not support file://
URL's.
