RE: Getting svn+ssh to work on Windows

Hello Hendrik,

I would recommend you using JavaSVN as client adapter and Subclipse
v0.9.34.2 to make svn+ssh work.
You will need a private key in OpenSSH format.

You may install Subclipse.0.9.34.2 with Eclipse update managr from
http://support.softlanding.com/subclipse/ update location, then select
"JavaSVN" as client adapter in SVN preferences. When accessing repository
you'll be prompted for user name, port, private key and passphrase. If you
select to save this information it will be stored in Eclipse keyring file
(encrypted).

Though Subclipse includes JavaSVN, there is a newer version of JavaSVN
available at http://tmate.org/ site (0.9.3), and version 1.0.0 will be
published soon. To update JavaSVN, download "standalone" version, then
replace "javasvn.jar" and "jsch.jar" files in plubins/...subclipse.core/lib
directory with "javasvn.jar" and "ganymed.jar" from the downloaded archive
(you will have to rename ganymed.jar to jsch.jar), then restart Eclipse with
"-clean" option.

You only have to update JavaSVN if you experience problems with the current
version (there are significant performance and memory consumption
improvements and some ssh related fixes in the latest version).
