Re: [PATCH] Japanese localized messages for Subclipse

I recommend just drom property files in subclipse not fragment.

The fragment is useful when localized messages are very huge and
English people does not want to install it. For example, size of
eclise SDK's fragment (NLPack) is 50Mbyte. This is enough size to
split localized messages as fragment.

However subclipse has just two property files to translate and thier
size are small.

BTW, I'm afraid to say but yae's fragment is invalid. Following line
at META-INF/MANIFEST.MF is wrong:

 Bundle-ClassPath: bin/

It should be

 Bundle-ClassPath: nl1.jar
