That was me who raised the previous issue.
I've just re-tested it with 0.9.34 (on WindowsXP w/ Eclipse 3.1 w/ SVN 1.2.1
The behaviour is slightly different now than when I raised the issue.
Now it seems that when I select cancel to not check out over an existing

Thanks for the report. Someone else reported this a while back. Some
changes have been made in this area, and I could not recreate the problem
in trunk. See:
