How to relocate to another URL?

To be more precise, I switched the subject of this thread.

Okay, I relocated manually which worked well for svn command line and TortoiseSVN, but not for Subclipse: After opening Eclipse 3.1 and refreshing, still the OLD URL was shown in the project options panel. :-(

So I thought it would be a good idea to disconnect from SVN and reconnect. Disconnecting worked well, but... where is the "connect to SVN" menu? How can I connect a local sourcecode to the HEAD revision? Doing checkout or update doesn't work since it says "the directory is not empty". And I no, I cannot remove everything and do another checkout since I would loss the Eclipse .project and .classpath files which are not under SVN's control.

What to do NOW?
