Modification Badge still there after COMMIT

I'm using Eclipse 3.1 with latest Subclipse (thanks for online update!).
Sometimes it happens that I do "COMMIT" successfully, but the "Modified Badge" (white star on black background) still is shown. I tried doing "Refresh" but I can't make it go away.
Strange...?!
