Re: Subclipse 0.9.33 Released

For various reasons I have been away from doing anything Eclipse or
Subclipse related. I just updated my plugins so am now using Subclipse
0.9.33. I assume it was the right thing to do to disable / uninstall
JavaSVN and the JavaSVN Extension.

I have an ssh-agent running and so never had to use command line options
for providing the SSH information. I use only svn+ssh and only private
key access -- no passwords. Everything used to work fine.

I spotted that the default mechanism is JavaHL JNI so changed this to
JavaSVN and restarted Eclipse.

If I do Team|Update then I get an "Enter Username and Password" dialogue
whcih I have never had previously and will be dooned to failure anyway
as there is no password access to the site. This leads to an error
message:

or.tigris.subversion.javahl.ClientException: svn: Authentication
cancelled.

So I guess I am not using JavaSVN anymore afterall.

Window|Preferences|Team|SVN clearly indicates JavaSVN is selected. So
what else could be causing JavaHL to try and take control? It is
undoubtedly a trivial configuration option I am missing but...

I am running Eclipse 3.1 on Debian GNU/Linux Testing.
