Anyone getting the error about file locked or missing upon an update or sync?

I keep on getting this problem, and it seems to stop
my ability to update. I work on three machines and
between them I do some work, commit, then update on
another machine, do some work, commit and so on. Is
this a bug with subclipse, subversion, or is something
I am doing wrong with regard to working on a file in
multiple locations?

Problems reported while synchronizing

synchronized.
