Thanks Eugene

I think my problem solved following your suggestion
though I still have errors associated with the
project.
(1)The project cannot be build until build path errors
are resolved.
(2)unable to read the '.classpath' file of project
"MyProject"
I was wondering what is the difference between "check
out as a project" and "check out as..." then select
the Java project. But I do notice the second one will
create separate folders for source and class.
When I check out my working copy using "check out as a
project", I got some error message says "the
compilation unit is not on the build path" when I try
to use the content assistant.
