Re: Subclipse doesn't work with Eclipse 3.1

It does work, in fact I just got this working yesterday. I did, however,
how to download and re-build Subversion with JavaHL. I got it directly
from tigris.org instead of using apt-get, though. And I did also have to
go get a few other things the build required.

However, you may not need to do this. If you scan through the last few
posts here:

http://subclipse.tigris.org/servlets/BrowseList?listName=users&by=date&from=2005-08-01&to=2005-08-31&first=1&count=214

you'll see a new version of Subclipse will be release shortly (in days, it
sounds like) that includes JavaSVN. Then you won't need JavaHL. (Unless,
like me, your repository uses the file:// protocol, which JavaSVN doesn't
support.) If you're in a hurry you can add JavaSVN separately today pretty
easily I believe, but I can't give pointers on that since it wasn't an
option for me.

Hope this helps,
Karen
