Using eol-style=native breaks "Compare With Base Rev." on Windows

It seems that if you use the svn:eol-style=native setting, that all
comparisons done with Subclipse on Windows treat every line of the
file as changed.

Is this a known issue? Is a fix far off? Is there a work-around?
