I'm not talking about doing the subversion operation, but in the
Team->Synchronize perspective it should be possible to tell Subclipse
what should happen when the change is committed.

So, in the commit preview or synchronize perspective it should be
possible to mark a file as deleted before the add to version
control/commit is issued to subversion.
