I knew that I must have made some mistakes while exporting and
reimporting my ecplise project and eclipse files wheren't (all) there
(the fact that confused me was in fact that some ecplise files were
actually there).
Now I've "shared" a local project, then just to check checkout (sorry
:-) ) capabilities I've locally deleted the project and checked it out
and all works fine.
