Try:
1. Window -> Show View -> Other -> Team -> SVN -> SVN Repository
2. Right click in the view
3. New -> Repository Location
4. Enter the repository data
5. Navigate the repository to the project you want checked out
6. Right click on that folder
7. Checkout As Project

THere is no option to import or create a project from a SVN repository.
Also i got internal error when trying to Share the project for which i
already
created a repository from different machine.
No specific error messages.
Import -> from SVN repository
Create NEw Projects -> from SVN repository
these options are missing. (blocking any meaningfull multiuser usage)
