Unlikely. If Subclipse is blocked on a bugfix, then it's almost
certainly in the client libraries. Any bug in the server that was
blocking subclipse would probably be the kind of bug that would force a
2.0 version, because it would probably break all clients and force a
protocol change. The svn developers seem to take protocol stability and
1.x client/server interop _very_ seriously.
