First off, I use TortoiseSVN also, and it is not true that it does not
have these problems. I regularly run into similar problems in TortoiseSVN
where it does not have the context needed to supply the information needed
to the Subversion API's. Regardless, it is irrelevant whether TortoiseSVN
has these problems or not. This is not TortoiseSVN, it is Subclipse.

If you want the problems fixed, then provide clear and concise recipe's
that demonstrate the problem. Ideally, just use a public repository, like
the one for Subclipse, to demonstrate problem scenarios.
