When I do a Blame on a moved file, I get an empty file. When I change
the file and commit it than the Blame is correct.

The history list marks an older version as current than the active one.
It seems that Subclipse uses the wrong version information - the version
before the move. This way it's completely unusable for tags and mostly
unusable for moved files - for files have haven't been changed yet.

TortoiseSVN doesn't have these problems.
